Ventura Holiday

The drive took FOREVER!

Between the friday-get-out-of-town people and the people going to the fair, we lost about an hour and a half but we eventually made it.

and getting through Los Angeles and then:

and finally on Amy's street in Ventura

We met up with Amy and she took me to get our haircuts at "Pinups" and I loved my stylist.  Here's a quick video that I made for Mom.  What do you think?

and then we went shopping!  

I finally go my new Hello Kitty Bag that i've been dying to get for a million years!

and I bought a new pair of shoes..... just like Amy's that she bought the day before.  I'll have to take a picture and post later but I LOVE them.

We found this nerd  y Hello Kitty with glasses and sent the picture immediately to Kasey!!  She LOVES it.

Speaking of Kasey.  She was a Maid of Honor in Cerrie and Jack's wedding this weekend in California, Maryland.  (lol)  She's sooo pretty.

and even Pookie enjoyed the sunshine and the wind.

I'm not going to even go into the hotel room we had.  I'll leave that for another post.  Fair warning:  it was pretty ugly.

final words:  I loved being with Amy and Tom.  Jamie had some back problems (may have been from the bad bed) so he wasn't able to go out into the ocean, which bummed him out but I think he had an okay time.

I know that Pookie and Weasel had a good time with lots of chasing and biting.  I guess they had a good time.
