Will be finishing up those Mexican Wedding Balls today.  But I have decided to change the name to Christmas Balls.  Doesn't that sound so much better?

I like slicing onions, eating onions, dicing onions, frying onions, frying onions with potatoes (that's what I am doing now to have with ham for dinner).  

There, I've said it!  It's out in the open.  I love onions.
